About the Cell
The placement cell at KLR Pharmacy College plays a crucial role in guiding and assisting students for their entry into suitable employment and a successful career. We provide guidance and assistance to help students achieve their career goals. We identify industry demands and prepare students accordingly, with a strong emphasis on soft skills development. Regular group discussions and aptitude tests are conducted to enhance student performance during placements.

Enhancing Employability
The placement cell enhances employability through pre-placement activities like corporate guest lectures, mock interviews, panel discussions, and seminars. We invite corporate professionals to guide students as per industry expectations. We also invite national companies for campus recruitment, with an average of 60-70% student placement in the last three years. We have strong relationships with companies like MEDPLUS, HETERO, DIVIS, APPOLO PHARMACY, and ARCO LAB.
Placement Policy and Process
We have a structured placement process. We organize corporate events for student grooming and networking. Weekly placement sessions are mandatory for all students.
